IDrive Online Backup App Reviews

Noticed today, iDrive is reluctantly backing up photos, but nothing else. An iPhone reset did no good. Getting more unreliable as time goes on. Have to start looking elsewhere.

Nice app help me back up anything in my Iphone. Easily sync, link my devices to a single account and access your data from anywhere. I can back up and restore files anytime I need. I am very confident and secure when using this app.

This app only backed up 1 contact on my phone. I tried calling, live chat and email. No one in support can even understand what the problem is. They tell me theyve "escalated" the issue, and then I get a message saying Im looking at the wrong screen. NO, IM NOT!!! Time to hire people who actually have technical skills and understand at least 1 of the 5 languages I speak.

This app is very usefull for me. I can storage and save many imporation pictures and videos on it. it gave me 5GB free and i wanna purchase more. the app also is designed to easy to use.

Just got done backing up over 800 photos, 300 contacts, and some videos. Only took a couple minutes and so far I have no complaints. This is truly a much needed app. I have lost all my photos on iCloud twice now, so having other apps to backup to is awesome. Thank you developers

Worthless on my 128GB Apple iPhone 6s, now running iOS v. 9.3.4. The app hangs....

Just keeps crashing....with each update claiming to fix. Will not back up pictures which is where it seems to crash. Backs up contacts, calendar & videos fine...just seems to crash while "Preparing" pictures for backup.

With this new update, half my vids dont load now!! I hope I didnt lose everything??? Idrive online please dont screw me over!!!

Ive been using this app for long time, it saved me from losing my contacts, it was updated and iCloud wasnt.

I used to be local carbonite fan but they dropped apps for Mac, iPad and iPhones. This app backs up all my familys stuff reliably. For the price you get a lot of peace of mind knowing data backed up.
