TERRIBLE & PLAN UNRELIABLE

Ok, so I have had the free version of IDrive for quite some time. I truly had no reason for another with OneDrive paid subscription, Google Drive paid subscription, just ended Dropbox subscription (key towards end as I still am able to use my files already uploaded here), as well as an ending sorry POGOPLUG CLOUD which was wonderful but too many not using so they are discontinuing paid cloud service, as well as Pogoplug Home devices, 4 NAS servers, a Windows Home Server 2011, & countless iMacs, and PCs able to remote data to me when needed. However, iDrives ad said upgrade to 1TB data at only $6.99 or something near for first year. So, knowing all other cloud providers will let you upload your data and after the pipe and scription if you decide not to go with them keep your data on their server. However what I drive I just recently saw that if you do not continue with this paid subscription your data will be immediately deleted. So otherwise that would be OK, but in that I had two accounts one with all my photos on it, & the other the new account for my service, which they refused to combine; then going a step forward, and assuming I wanted old account deleted after convo, & did just that, moving ahead and deleting old free account with 2.68GB data & simply moved ahead, AAAAAAAND DELETED!!!

If I knew my data wouldnt be accessible at all if no paid subscription is continued after first year, what makes you think I want any of my data with you? So your Rep deleting several unrecoverable pictures, actually did me a favor in the long run because it made me more aware and know that much more in my anger in knowing I want anything further to do with your company... BUT, thanks for the lost of pictures nonetheless!!! Just FYI, I had a house fire in 1996 which lost EVERYTHING, & the main loss was my photos. To date I have managed to never loose another picture, probably being core reason I have so many backup plans and devices, but you have also broken that streak and included on your precious server which you guys dont understand in value to the consumer, was two weddings and a funeral of my best friends father he will never see again Bc for special events I use a $1600 Nikon for my priceless photos!!! So thanks for anger brought to tears!!!
