Used to be good. What happened?

I got a special. 1tb for a year at $13.99. I have excellent internet bandwidth for residential. When I first got this my uploads were super fast. I could watch them take a 1-2 seconds a picture then onto the next. Then a few months go by and the speed is 10 minutes a picture. My wife takes large photos so they are maybe 10mb but the same size when it was blazing fast. I have contacted customer support but they say they didnt restrict my upload speed and nothing has changed. Clearly my ability to upload has diminished considerably. I have googled them and the problem is not just with me. I have removed the credit card they use for auto billing. I hope they figure out what has killed the ability of their customers to upload their photos quickly but until then AVOID AT ALL COST!
