I LOVE iDrive!

This is so much easier than backing up to an external drive -- and more secure, as we all know that hardware loves to conk out on you from time to time. I installed on my laptop and iDrive automagically backs up all new activity overnight. The mobile app is great, too -- especially because iCloud Drive costs just as much (if not more) for a 1-year plan. The only hitch is that on the iOS version, it will pause your backups if you go into another app. But that may be because of my non-multitasking Verizon iPhone. Im not sure.

At any rate, GREAT product and customer service. If you have a large amount of data to back up, like several external hard drives, they mail you storage drives that you can transfer your data to locally rather than waiting hours or days to upload all the data to the cloud. They even gave me one for my Mac and one for my PC. They also give you packaging and free return postage to send the drives back, fully loaded.

Pricing was VERY reasonable and I was able to get a 2-year deal for barely more than Id have paid for 1 year.

If youve been on the fence about which cloud service to use, this one is tops in my book!
